Wow you look so good!!! I can’t even see the scar on epi (most of the time i do see a bit of scarring on epi) . How long does thread lift last?

1. Did you get canthoplasty as well,
2. Did you make a consultation appointment in advance or do you just stop by?
3. Do you think i can pretty much get in the next day for surgery if it works out?

I went to Nguyen Thanh Nhan surgeon. He has his PhD in this field as well. He’s famous and well known for rib cartilage rhinoplasty in Vn.

I see your name is Vietnamese. I’m Vietnamese and I actually did a revision rhinoplasty using rib cartilage with a surgeon in Vietnam. It was a successful procedure and I am forever thankful that he fixed my botched nose. I have a small hump on my nose and my first one was with a Korean surgeon in Koreatown in LA. The hump was not only improved but more visible and my nose looked crooked. I super regretted my decision. But thankfully , I was able to restore my nose (in a much better version) with rib cartilage surgery.

I’m trying to find the right doctor for me as well. May I ask you a few questions to help me narrow down my research:
1) I want natural looking bigger eyes, not necessarily bigger eyelids. Is this what lateral and lower canthoplasty for?

2) How come you didn’t get epi? Would epi help you achieving the parallel eyelid crease?
3) What are the differences between in/out or in-line crease? I came across these terms but never knew what they actually mean?

I’m considering DES revision as well. I want bigger eyes, not necessarily bigger eyelids. May I ask you a few questions because i’m trying to figure out for myself too:
1) May I ask why you opted for the non-incisional way instead of incisional? Most places I consulted recommended me incisional for revision which, i’m super confused.
2) Also, is canthoplasty supposed to open up the eyes more?
3) Did you get lateral canthoplasty or epi?
4) Why did the doctor recommend you eyebrow lift? This procedure i actually see more popular amongst older patients.

 

It’s in Chinese So for English speaking, is it just the Purse forum? Soompi is like inactive on plastic surgery or something....

 

Hey,
You would need to come up with a list of plastic surgery offices you want to contact. Contact them with your pictures and ask for a price estimate. Then you can narrow it down to a few based on prices and reputation. Then , just book your ticket and go there for consultation at the ones you like. If any of them works out, that’s when you do surgery there. I read somewhere here that if you pre book for surgery without face to face consultation and put your deposit down, they treat you like just like a number coz they already have partial of your money.

Wow. Your experience at MVP scares me. I’m a foreigner too. MVP is on my list but now reading and seeing your healing freaks me out (the blood vessel pops and such). But your result of 6 months post op is beautiful! Dis you do canthoplasty or epi as well?
