For Mina, you can Dm them for a consultation with Dr.Cha, they will explain and recommend what to do, but not pushing you do too much. Mina is doing good at eyes, nose in my opinion. used to get eyelid revision surgery there, I love how my eyes look now, really natural. I saw some patients there got nose job done, not swelling much and so natural. The staff who has contacted me was so nice and responsible, she also shows me some before after photos that has same shape as my eyes so I can imagine how the result would be. Maybe you should go around to see if people wear mask, when the outbreak happened a couple weeks ago people don't wear mask(or they think that it's not necessary), I can't remember how many times I had an argument with Korean to convince them to wear the mask, my boyfriend bought a 50 bucks mask to my roommate (korean) cause she said that she can't buy it and she barely uses it. I know that 95% people on subway wear masks, but when they finish work, they still gather in the restaurant to have some drink, people still go to crowded place. that's freaking pissed me off because so many Korean feels like this is not a big deal (I asked many people around me). Being a foreigner in Korea, this is what I see and feel about Korean, the first week of the outbreak people were careful, but after 2 weeks, people just keep hanging out around and don't give a ****, maybe you can feel the traffic is getting normally busy as it used to be. My parents want me to go home immediately but I am still in Korea just because it is dangerous to go to the airport. I don't spread rumor, I just give more objective comment. Btw, the number I gave out, maybe without context, but I guess people understand.

The only thing that you are kind of right about is the charges for the test in the US. The US has not declared a state of emergency. Therefore people need to utilize their health insurance. The person you are talking about obviously didn't have insurance. There isn't an outbreak in the US. Therefore no need for free govt paid testing yet. Trump has already requested 2.5 billion to prepare for an outbreak. What do you think that money will be used for??? Free testing maybe???

 

For the first week when people know about Corona, Korea government refused to test people who have same symptoms just because people traveled to Thailand NOT Wuhan. And which source did you get the information that other countries don't have kit enough to test people? the information was confirmed? I feel so doubtful about what I read. All I know is Korea rise alert level and many countries impose entry ban to Korean.

 

I don't think SK is doing good job, they would have done a lot of things to prevent what is happening now. SK can have an excellent hospital system, but other systems don'y seem that way. They can't prevent the 31th patient go around and spread the virus, they can't stop the protest some days ago, they can't shut down Daegu to stop spreading the virus either. Over 2000 more case over one week proves my point. All I can say is that if anyone considers to get plastic surgery in SK, you should do more research and get ready for it because Korean Won is dropping and many hospitals will quote better price to attract more patients.

I think Dr.Cha in Mina plastic surgery does very good job at rhino. I saw their before after photos and think his style is natural.

 

I am not satisfied with the truth that Korea is becoming a second Wuhan, but I laughed at the fact that no one can predict future so don't say something like it can't be blah bah because of their hospital system blah blah. The fact is even now people still gather in crowded places, go around without masks so it is understandable why the virus spread out quickly like that, within one week and 1595 cases, that says something.
