People seem to forget apparently some 20 year old died in MVP after rhino. Not sure if it’s real but it was on the news. On other forums they say it’s MVP. But I am reconsidering MVP now after finding this out. Kinda scary, also the nurse was laughing ?

Yes it does but consult different surgeons first. I am not Doctor and these are just my thoughts. Before buccal fat remove. Try to lose weight and aim for a healthy weight goal first?. If you lost weight and still did not lose any buccal Fat then you can consider buccal removal. It is permanent so the fat will not grow back. So if you loose weight in the future, it might become saggy. Hope that made sense ?

 

Sagging will happen no matter what. Even when u turn old your skin will sag. But FC just makes it happen earlier. You can always do laser treatments in the beginning to tighten your skin. Later on, you can get threading, ulthatherapy, shurink. Further down, you can do face lift. Acculift(accusculpt +threading), is usually for people who wants to remove fat from the face. I wouldn’t recommend it because after removing the fat you will look older(threading doesn’t last long). That’s why a lot of mid age women would get fat grafting to make the face more plump and younger. Again, just my thoughts.

 

Make sure to ask the clinic you are going to consult if they are accepting international patients. I have encounter some clinics that are not accepting international patient !

 

If you are comfortable wearing contacts then I don’t see a point on getting revision. Especially if you are satisfied with the results. Or you can get revision when you are older when you don’t want to wear contacts anymore.?

Did you get ptosis by any chance.? They might have tighten your muscle too much? Yes you can fix it , but you must find a good doctor.

i have been searching high and low on the internet for local plastic surgery places specialized in Eye and nose.
i want to get hump reduction, tip plasty and double eyelid revision. i have got a great list of popular clinics mainly for the locals( dm me if you want my list).
But these two are the ones that i am leaning towards.

Premier was actually recommended to me by a friend in korea. He went to consult with his girlfriend before. He recommended me two doctors that are very popular amongst the locals. Unfortunately, i was unable to contact anyone that speaks english. They have great before and after photos that suited my style of eyes and nose. i would say the style is more on the dramatic side. i looked up the doctors on different korean forums (learned to type korean in matter of minutes lol) and found out that both doctors were from DA PS before. It did concern me a little due to some negative reviews i have heard about DA but i'm staying on the positive side!

AS PS (Aphujeong) was also recommended to me by the same friend. He said ASPS is popular amongst locals. i talked to a lady... lets call her *O** on whatsapp. She was super attentive to all my questions. i learned that she doesn't work for ASPS. Instead, she works for a some company that provide consult service to many different PS clinics. ASPS is known for natural DES and anti-aging procedures. Only downside was i wasn't very keen on some of the surgeries suggested.

As for price wise, both of these clinic are on the higher side compared to other PS clinic. i was able to get a quote from premier by contacting them in Chinese, but couldn't get a price for the hump reduction and tip plasty because the Chinese lady i was speaking to was pretty clueless or google translate probably didn't translate it properly lol. Premier's quote was so high it shocked me.....
Hopefully they give discounts.

Have anyone had procedure done or consulted at these two clinics before? Please Dm me!
Also, watch out if you are going to korea anytime soon. Some clinics are rejecting customers from certain countries. Make sure you ask before going!

I got quote from them .
Hump reduction and arrow tip 7mil won and non incisional des was 3mil won. On the pricier I would say and they don’t really give discounts. But they are still on my list to consult .

 

And how Korea doing with the virus ? My parent won’t let me go sooner because of it so have to postpone it.

I am wanting to get my double eyelid revision in beginning of March and I came across your post. I had previous gotten my non incisional eyelids done in Korea and now it has faded and will need to redo it. I am super excited to see your photos and so happy you found a good clinic. I want it a little dramatic but at the same time natural. But from hearing from you experience I really want to check out Item. Are you able to DM me a photo a bit earlier? Just ur eyes is okay if your uncomfortable showing the face.

I have previous gotten my face contour, chin reduction, and non incisional double eyelids done in Korea at a very popular PS clinic. Even now it’s still very popular? At the time I had non incisional DES recommended by the surgeon. I told him I have fatty eyelids and wanted incisional to remove fat but he insisted I get non incisional method. So I went with it . Eyelid turned out Great, but only for a couple of years. One of the double eyelid is now back to normal due to the weight of my fatty eyelids. It’s asymmetrical and it really bothers me. I contacted the clinic through one of those PS service( not gonna provide name) I used before. They recommend me to do partial or full incisional REVISION. Crazy thing is they charge you MORE for revision. Like WHAT? Now I need to pay almost double the price. Most clinics charge for for revision DES. So my advice is if you have fatty double eyelid just go with incisional for more permanent result and don’t have to spend more money to redo it in the future.
As for facial contour, know that your face will sag after a couple years and can cause you to have deep smile line if u have chubby cheeks and a more noticeable double chin. So laser lifting treatments are needed often to prevent ur face from sagging.

Right now I have contacted couple PS clinics for DES revision and thread lifting or fat grafting for the smile line. Also, thinking of accusculpt or kybella for double chin?

Can anyone please recommend some clinics that are good with DES? I want my double eyelid more obvious and natural at the same time.

May I ask which clinic you went too ? I’m planning on getting acculift . But after reading, I’m kinda scared !
