Hi there you do look beautiful and attractive, there is always room for improvement.
My situation was a bit similar to you, but you do have a much better base to begin with.

Nose

• Like your bridge
• Uneven nostril (right side showing more)
• wide alar base

Eyes

• Perfect with Eye leashes/ make up on
• potential improvement

Jaw

• good smile
• wonder if work need to be done

Suggestion (transform to the after photos you show)

1. Check with orthognatic surgeon if you need facial bone surgery/ (e.g V-line, zygoma, jaw surgery and they will check your bite)
2. Then you can check with Nose & eyes surgeon, or seperate ( think a good surgeon with open rhinoplasty will address all problem at once) you can tell the surgeon the eyes you like
3. Now you should have a really good base
4. do any soft tissue work/ volumeizer work if you feel like, the less the better

Its ok to have surgery at different clinic, my advice is

two Jaw surgery

• First
• oral maxillofacial surgeon (safety reason)
• relatively harder/
• gives your face a good base
• Recover/deswell (minimum 75-90days)

Nose/ Eye surgery

• Second
• Relatively easier
• Plastic surgeon/ ENT (functional problem)
• or other anxillary procedure you might need

On the side note, good to do nose surgery after two jaw because your alar base/ or upperjaw structure will change, so its good to do them after/ a good surgeon will balance the rest of the feature on your face with the NOSE/Eye workd - and make you even more pretty

I had my consultation there too. DR kang is really good/knowlegeable and informative, but wasnt able to explain myself fully during consultation.

Depends on how's her face now. especially if she resemble the face from the photo she post, she might not need the additional procedure.
A lift might be useful after, but again depends on the person.
Some pple including myself are actually looking for fat graft after

 

yes, had a orthognatic surgery last year and the friend i met there introduce me to nano
we need nose reconstruction/ revision as the surgery alter the nose shape

 

For facial contouring also zygoma reduction, consider below

Pros

• Face smaller
• Face look mild
• Much better Smile (had two jaw surgery)
• Face look narrower

Cons

• Recovery time
• Safety - need orthognathic surgeon
• Facial features might have less support
• skin, soft tissues (might need follow up treatment/surgery)

I had a rhinoplasty consultation at April 31st last year and was waiting for an hour.
The translator then asked me when I would like to have my surgery, I said maybe expecting in a few months and after that they told me the doctor was not able to meet me that day. @.@

especially the night before you are about to have surgery.
