I actually looking into this! March to May is probably the most beautiful time to go just for the cherry blossom season. You want to avoid June to August as mentioned, that is the monsoon season and it is not pleasant. Also I read that January and February are the cheapest months to go but it is cold outside.

I looking into the costs locally and I wouldn't be able to get as much work done so I started looking outside my home country. Many people recommend Korea for cost and quality. What are my options?
