talkofthenight Posted December 29, 2018 Posted December 29, 2018 So I had vline surgery 2 months ago to achieve a smaller and more feminine face. The surgeon did a great job in making it look super natural. Now that I’m 2 months post op I am still quite swollen and what bothers me is that I have a double chin now and my upper teeth aren’t centerly aligned with my cupid’s bow. Basically it seems like my neutral jaw position isn’t where it used to be. My surgery was minimal and he didn’t shave off too much bone. Also when I talk or smile I look kinda strange. It was much worse before but it really affects my self confidence. My phitrun appears longer than before, making my lips smaller. Anyone had this happen to them after the surgery? I really hope it resolves on its own.

fortunecat Posted December 30, 2018 Posted December 30, 2018 Like what you said, your face is still swollen. That might be the reason why you are experiencing this.
