Hello guys! Im interested in getting vline surgery for my square jaw, but I am wondering it's ok even if you have a short face? When I imagine getting cut for vline, it seems like it would make my short face even shorter.

I've attached a photo:

Additionally does anyone have any recommendations for feminizing a squarish jaw? I already have gotten jaw/neck lipo in the hopes that it would make me feel better about my face shape but it's still my biggest insecurity.

I want a profile similar to ariana grande where the jaw is still prominent but at a more downwards feminine angle like this: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/DoQIi36UYAICnZL.jpg
My jaw is basically like a 90 degree angle and it looks manly to me and it looks even worse from the front. But i'm afraid if I got vline surgery, it would look ridiculous because my face/head is already so short.

Thank you!

Hi! I’m not an expert, but I think mandible square jaw surgery would be a good option to make your face less square and more feminine. I can’t see the front, but from the side your chin doesn’t look too short. Your chin looks really pretty imo. Genioplasty is an option to make your chin more defined, but from the sidebar profile it doesn’t look like you need it.

I think really think you need to visit the hospital and do the consultation first!~
Even we speak here will not be changed anything

so basically, v-line is not about shortening your face, it’s more about making it look slimmer and make your facial lines smoother and more feminine. It’s a bit difficult to say if v-line is exactly what you need, based on the photo you uploaded, but I’m pretty sure, if you want to get rid of squared jaws, v-line will definitely improve the situation. I got v-line with zygoma to make my face look slimmer. The surgeon was dr. Myungjune Oh from Regen Gangnam clinic.
