I’ve seen good result on a Asian girl before. She had very prominent protruding cheeks, enough to make her temples and jaws look concave. She was young, extremely slim (BMI18) with mantis-like short face. I think this procedure has so many problems because most people are not good candidates. I also considered such surgery when someone pointed out my prominent cheekbones, but I decided to not through with it because I have relatively long and fleshy face. The surgery would make my face look even longer and bottom heavy. Good luck!

I hope it'll turn out ok for me too! I strongly believe that I'm a good candidate and I'm also 22, will be 23 when I do it in 2 months. Hopefully the god of skin will bless me, haha.

thank you for this amazing thread! I always feel like I need zygoma reduction because of my natural diamond shaped face but now I'm thinking twice. My forehead and chin are naturally narrow compared to my cheekbones so it's hard to find another way. I am currently researching quick zygoma and bone shaving which reportedly reduces risk of sagging. will share the results once I get reliable advice!
