fortunecat Posted January 11, 2019 Posted January 11, 2019 I would still advise eating healthily and exercise regularly. Studies have shown that after liposuction, if you put on weight/fats, fats will deposit as visceral fats rather than subcutaneous fats (fats under your skin). Visceral fats are fats surrounding your organs. Visceral fats are more detrimental to your health than subcutaneous fats. So, despite me having mini liposuction, i am still controlling my diet i.e. eating healthily and exercising 3-4 times per week.
sara88 Posted January 11, 2019 Author Posted January 11, 2019 So glad you had a good experience. Do you mind telling me which areas you had lipoed? x
jess-cook Posted January 14, 2019 Posted January 14, 2019 Thank you for the advise I did not mean I dnt control my diet (food, exercise) but dnt push myself like before surgery. (My consultant and doctor also advised me to work out - cardio, and control the food ) Actually, I really enjoying exercising more after my lipo! Feel more healthier and my body gets more fit tho ! Before Lipo, I only wore very big sized clothing to hide my fatty body. Now, I am seeking for the tight clothes even its walking around the street
