micki1993 Posted January 22, 2019 Posted January 22, 2019 Surgeons use both sideburns and scalp incisions to reach the end of the cheekbone arch. The scalp incisions are usually to try to hide the incisions better since scars might be visible through the thin hair of the sideburns.
