madambutterfly89 Posted January 28, 2019 Posted January 28, 2019 Has anyone had jaw angle implant to give the jawline more of an L shaped look? Would titanium or silicone material be better? I’m wondering if these implants make a difference in the jawline as well as tightening the lower face? This is what my jawlinenlooks now. My surgeon did a lateral cortical reduction which reduced the outer layer of my jawline.
