kc1999_03 Posted January 29, 2019 Posted January 29, 2019 hey everyone, I usually just read threads on here but i made an account to post because I got a reply from gng after sending a kakao chat wondering about rhinoplasty and it kind of made me unsure about how I feel about it. did anyone else ever online message them and get unprofessional, short responses with little detail in english? because Ive seen some threads on here regarding gng online consultation and other people seemed to have replies including different methods and their prices with generally more helpfulness. should I message them again and hopefully get better answers with a different member of gng?
karema Posted January 29, 2019 Posted January 29, 2019 OMG! They are unprofessional!!! If their behaviour is not professional, then how can you trust and do surgery?! Even this attitude will not effect on their surgical skill but I won't leave my body to them. Won't know they'll take response on full procedure ! I would like you to find other hospital!

I contacted them via their website and CLEARLY STATED my purpose for consultation (revision rhinoplasty & medial epicanthoplasty), concerns (deviated implant & mongolian folds), and prior plastic surgery (primary rhinoplasty 19 years ago). Their response? - They asked me questions that they already had the answers to... I was a little put off that they asked me questions like "if it was my first time getting plastic surgery" or "what my main concern is with my nose", because this was all clearly addressed in my initial statement to them. Well I reiterated my concerns because I just wanted their quote and recommendations, but I rolled my eyes and berated them to my daughter while I was re-typing what they wanted. I wouldn't want the consultant to be my Dr. if he/she wasn't going to pay attention to anything I said... ...But I will say that their final response was pretty thorough and they actually redeemed themselves with what they had to say... even though I won't be going with them. Hope it helps to know you're not the only one put off by them...

If they are popular and advertise their hospital then they should be take their responsible on what they are doing and for customer!!! Online consultation is the first impression to make decision! If they did not do what they supposed to do then I would not go GNG at all! Also, cnt trust them for surgery as well! Hope you have found any good clinic/hospital

Like I said, they may have redeemed themselves with their diagnoses for my nose and eyes, but their initial response of not paying attention to what I stated, is really what threw me for a loop. GNG did not give me a good first impression. - Not being detail oriented is not the best way to land a deal.
happymars Posted January 30, 2019 Posted January 30, 2019 Wow.. I think they should get a proper lesson first before actually working as consultant. I got a bunch of satisfying answers from other plastic surgeries, and if I may choose, grand responded in the most efficient way I guess.
