Opinions? Two-jaw or chin reduction?

I have a very long/flat face. Dream, TL, and View said I should probably do two-jaw. Namu, Opera, Braun said my case is not that severe, and I can achieve the same effect with just chin reduction genioplasty. (They may be biased since Opera and Braun in particular don't do two-jaw)

Option 1: Two-jaw surgery has amazing results for long-face, but it is basically the most aggressive plastic surgery in existence. Before/afters that I love for people with a similar face to me:

I'm a little torn. Any opinions? And are there any other procedures you think I could use? We're all here trying to become more attractive right... help a guy out. I do not mind brutal honesty!

I agree that your case doesn't look as severe. I think the result you are imagining for genio looks really good, personally I would go down that route if a doctor is confident that they can give you those results.

Two Jaw would give your the best result because your face is long and it seems like you have an over or under bite
But it’s a huge surgery
You could have a good result with genioplasty too
It’s up to you

2jaw would give you best result, you have slightly longer lower jaw, but your face already has good symmetry. I would adice you to go with 2jaw if you were female, go with genioplasty, less invasive, less risk, cheaper, no braces, with good surgeon you will get amazing result. Get upper lip filler about 1-2ml atleast. You dont want underbite profile.

BTW women love men with good jawline.

I definitely say 2 jaw surgery is the most logical for me. Long face or any kind of "long face" look, can only be addressed with 2 jaw procedures/techniques. Getting your chin and jaw shaved down wont address the mid face that created that "long face" look in the first place. Best of luck!
