Rib Rhinoplasty Or Silicon Implants?

Hi Guys,

I did a skype consultation recently with a US doctor who specialises in rib rhinoplasty and that is his choice of method. However this is my first primary rhinoplasty and I’m still unsure about getting rib rhinoplasty due to the pain of rib rhinoplasty and the minimal patient reviews that have had it done over 5 + years. Also the US dr fees are extremely exuberant about $20k US for rib rhino, whereas Korea is 5k US.

Hey Glitterocean,
How did you go? Did you proceed with rib grafting? I’m also consulting with a couple of SK clinics for primary, getting mixed methods Oslo silicone vs rib.
