My bite is not horrible because my teeth are straight enough and I’m able to close my mouth. But when I smile it doesn’t look right and my face is globally not symmetrical. I wanted to do the surgery in my own country but I’m not sure surgeon are skilled enough. I have heard about the face dental a lot.. in a good way.
