luv-dogs Posted June 11, 2019 Share Posted June 11, 2019 My cousin’s rhinoplasty and mine was done by Dr Park, the head surgeon. I wanted something more dramatic he said no no. I didn’t suffer pain at all as it’s a close op. I loved the high I got from sedatives haha. I can’t remember what procedure I did. The result is definitely an improvement though I wish the tip can be longer and has more projection. I get mixed feedback from friends : some say nice as it’s natural while some say only slight difference... it depends what you want. I may go to another clinic to make it slimmer and pointy but main concern now is chubby and sagging lower cheeks so it depends on my budget. Oh well. luv-dogs Posted June 27, 2019 Share Posted June 27, 2019 There are good reviews on Dr Park. Closed surgery on nose is rare and recovery is faster. It depends on what you want. His double eyelid surgery is very good too I read. If you want something more dramatic you can always tell the doctor. Also the outcome also depends on the thickness of your nose skin and how close your eyes are. If skin is thick like mine it’s hard to make nose slim and sharp, very risky. psanalyst Posted August 19, 2019 Share Posted August 19, 2019 You need to find the revision rhinoplasty expert who is good at bulbous nose and making sharper rather than natural look. Dream seems to be well known for natural change. In local site research by Korean term '화려한 코=slim with high tip nose', I checked Trend, Rococo , Top class are well known for it. But please make sure that you are aware of the risk of higher tip could involve aggressive procedure and would possible cause another side effects such as contractured nose or inflammation..
