buccal fat will cause sagging but when you are young its not that noticable. A mini lift shouldnt be performed at the same time or immeditedly after. it should be done 8-12 months later to assess the degree to visible sagging, if any

Given your age, I would highly advise against a facelift.
I do agree with the other commenters that your problem may be due to having fuller mid/low cheeks and/or being hollow anteriorly. A fat graft would correct these nicely. I personally love high, slightly prominent cheek bones, but if you don't, you can even get fat deposited just underneath the cheekbone to soften the curve. Only downfall is, fat doesn't last on the face well so chances are you would need to have at least two treatments done.

tysm for your input! I'm actually considering fat graft to the apples of my cheeks and getting buccal fat removed instead of the facelift as I did more research. I wish I can love higher cheekbones on myself but I feel like it does not fit my face that is why I'm choosing to do zygoma reduction.

All good, everyone has different preferences when it comes to beauty  I know that some Korean plastic surgeons have techniques to reduce sagging and premature aging, so it would be beneficial to look into this more perhaps even ask about it during a consultation/email.

Regarding the buccal fat removal, I would do ALOT of research and ensure the benefits would outweigh the cons (sagging of upper face especially coupled with cheekbone reduction). If you do go through with this procedure, make sure you are at your ideal weight and don't expect to lose/gain weight because I have read about cases where girls lost weight after buccal removal and as a result their faces got too gaunt and cheeks were saggy.

Definitely! I plan to make a list of questions before LOL.
Ahhh okay, I'm so conflicted because I feel like if I don't get buccal fat removal my lower cheeks will be too big after zygoma reduction... but we'll see. Hopefully I can find a doc that will give me buccal fat reduction instead of removal

Buccal fat is what gives you that youthful, babyface esp. when you get older. I find Phoebe Tonkin (the originals)`s whole face to die for. I would sell my soul to the devil for her eye shape & cheekbones.

Ahhh alright I think your guys swayed my decision to not do buccal fat removing... hopefully getting the chin implant will balance my face out and make my cheeks not look “droopy” from the chubby cheeks anymore.

Hi there! I'm also from the US + close in age and thinking about getting similar procedures done. (Potentially vline/contouring/genioplasty, zygoma reduction, and fat grafting.) I read a post recently about someone who had a really good experience with FC at Namu (no sagging at 6 mo?), but then I also saw another post about a botched brow lift from there. I don't know what to think :/ I'd really like FC, but I don't want to deal with sagging this early in life...

I don’t recommend namu for that much surgeries..mixed review about them..
If you want all in one surgeries I would suggest you a big clinic like view or Regen..otherwise you would have to do each surgery in a little specialized clinic.
Fc at a dental clinic and fg in another clinic

Did you ever go through with the zygoma reduction? I'm strongly considering tacking this procedure onto my rhinoplasty as I don't like how my cheekbones make my face look wide. I especially don't like my basal view (like taking selfies from a low angle). Please dm me so we can discuss further!
