Need help! breast augmentation surgery

Recommended Posts

Hi, I'm a newbie to this forum and I'm now thinking about doing the breast surgery.. I know there are a lot of implants to choose from and different surgery style (incision area). The one thing that I'm most scared is that I have to be under general anesthesia.. I did eyes and nose but it was all under local anesthesia, and I'm just scared of putting my whole body into sleep..

If you did the surgery, are you satisfied with the outcome and what implants did you go with?
If there is any kakao group for breast or body surgery please let me know~~

My tip is to look for a surgeon who specialises in breast reconstructions - e.g for cancer patients - the do the best BA. Tear drop shapes are the best, they look natural. Intra areolar incisions are best for primary augmentations coz they are small & heal fast but you have to find a skilled surgeon to do it. My cousin had her BA intra areolar 4 yrs ago & her SO is none the wiser:lol:. He thinks she has the most beautiful 'natural`boobs:giggle:.

Thanks Mazikeen! your cousin did intra areolar? wow she probably met a very skilled surgeon! I heard most of Koreans do it through the armpit so that's what I was considering. Where did your cousin go to get her done?

I think under the breast is the most common incision method. Also, be careful with teardrop shaped implants as they don't look natural when you are lying down (because obviously a natural breast moves with the body but the teardrop implant always stays in the teardrop shape). When it comes to general anesthesia it's not something you have to worry about when you are going to a clinic that has a proper anesthesiologist. You should expect to have quite low energy for a few days after but other than that you should be fine.

Hello! There is a kakao group for breast!

https://open.kakao.com/o/goHz1vab

Breast will definitely need to be under GA.
Alternatively you can also consider Dr Choi from View plastic surgery. He specialize in Breast augmentation. Will be heading there in Nov.

Here is the kakao group for View plastic surgery

She had hers done in Switzerland. Personally I wouldn´t do BA or liposuction in Korea. The surgeons in Korea are skilled in facial work but body work .....would def not be my choice

They look unnatural if they have been placed over the muscle & the implant is too large. Teardrops when well placed under the muscle & also very important - the right size - fit like a glove. They feel soft, natural & blend in like the natural breast.

Really? under the breast is the most common method? I always thought it was the armpit because most of my friends did in that way :amuse: and for anesthesia, yes I'll go to a clinic where they have a anesthesiologist! Btw, did you get yours done as well?

Thanks! I'll join the group  I saw this youtuber's video when she went to View for her surgery but she went with docfinder or some agency so I don't really know:hrmm:

I haven't had mine done yet but I'm planning to do Motiva implants, under the muscle with an areola incision. I'll probably go to Hyundai Aesthetics or Dream plastic surgery but I also know that the breast doctor from TL is really famous.

But you still have the problem with them not moving with the body.

They move. Have seen my cousin`s also lying down & no difference to natural boobs. BTW careful with Hyundai. I went in once for a consultation for DES & saw some of the consultants who had had eye & dimpleplasty surgeries done there & the result was no bueno.

Under breast scars are huge & conspicuous esp. if you lie down. Armpit is better if you can`t find a skilled surgeon to do the areolar incision. Armpit & underbreast incisions are common coz they are easier & faster for the surgeon; intra areolar incisions are more complex & require more skill & time.

I'm not having my eyes or dimples done and I'm mostly attracted to them because they seem to do good noses and have a really good lip surgeon.

I know. Just wanted to give you a heads up that the results of simple surgeries like eyes/dimples aren`t so good so I`m not too sure how the result will be for a complex surgery like BA with intra-areolar. One girl had one dimple higher than the other:no::facepalm:
