luna_rose Posted May 14, 2019 Posted May 14, 2019 hello, I recently found some clinics that have board-certified doctors and good results, but I can’t seem to find any written reviews! I have searched in English and Korean on multiple sites, but still nothing comes up! If anyone has any experience with the following clinics, please feel free to share in this forum! Clinics: BongBong - http://www.bongbongclinic.com/ MORE or THE (name depends on translation) - http://theclinic.co.kr/ Face Plus - http://en.face-plus.co.kr/ Semin or SM - http://semin100.co.kr/ If anyone else has clinics that they cannot find any reviews on, please feel free to post them below!
hypernovaova Posted May 15, 2019 Posted May 15, 2019 I have never heard of those before... why don't you just go to bigger places? I'm pretty sure they all have board certified surgeons
luna_rose Posted May 15, 2019 Author Posted May 15, 2019 Not always! And I prefer to go to smaller clinics because they usually have one-on-one with the specific doctor who will be doing your surgery! I like to meet my doctor and see what he thinks to see if it is a good match or not before I go into surgery~ I have found a few reviews on some of them, 1 bongbong for breasts (not what I’d be going there for though) and another on SM. Call me picky, but I don’t really like the results I’ve found with some of the bigger clinics? And idk it kind of scares me when I hear about these mistakes and mess ups on this forum and others. These that I’ve found are some of the only that are not blacklisted. I’ve heard Pitangui is also good, but then I read some bad reviews, so I think that I might try for a consult there, but probably won’t end up going! I looked at JW and they were blacklisted because of a Chinese girl’s surgery that went wrong. ID, GNG, and BANOBAGI are blacklisted because of excessive marketing, bad prices, and bad results. Safety is a HUGE factor for me, and I guess that I don’t want to walk into a factory clinic, that’s all!
cythr Posted May 16, 2019 Posted May 16, 2019 If safety is a big factor for you then I think going to a larger but reputable clinic would be advisable. Many smaller clinics might not have the best anesthesia technology and they also don't have large enough corridors and elevators to wheel someone out in a stretcher if they have to be put in an ambulance. I'm not saying that small/medium sized clinics can deliver great results but obviously, these are things to factor in if you feel like safety is a big concern for you.
luna_rose Posted May 16, 2019 Author Posted May 16, 2019 Thank you, I recently found a clinic that is moving to a larger building and has it’s on anesthesiologists so I will check it out!
yumekocreamy Posted May 16, 2019 Posted May 16, 2019 Hi there ^^ Unfortunately, I haven't any reviews for you about your list, sorry but i took a look and Theclinic catch my eyes too. It seems soo natural to the bf/af
luna_rose Posted May 16, 2019 Author Posted May 16, 2019 Hey~ Yes, that is what appealed to me about it! I have narrowed it down to BongBong and THEclinic. Both of them have natural but seemingly beautiful results. I’m in the process of getting price quotes from both the clinics right now.
mazikeen Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 Thank you so much for sharing. There are definitely many good clinics in Seoul but they don`t target foreigners so its hard to find any reviews. I wish more local Koreans would visit PF & recommend good clinics frequented by the locals.
