Dr. Lee on kakao said that he does not remove excess skin. How is that possible if you have a lot of stuff removed from like all of the lower face? (Sorry if this is a total newb question, but I’m realizing that I might need more work than initially thought. dot Posted May 25, 2019 Share Posted May 25, 2019 If the soft tissues are elastic enough its not a problem, but you increase the risk the more bone and fat is removed. You are doing pretty much maximum removal of fat and bone lol, so it certainly does sound like you have an increased chance of sagging. But I'm not very knowledgeable on this and its better to trust your surgeon. Ask him if you only do the bone shaving if the sagging would be less likely.
