asian_cosmetic Posted July 6, 2019 Posted July 6, 2019 Hi, I am thinking about the genioplasty or chin implant from Doctor Craig Hobar in Dallas. From the review, he seems to have the positive feedback. Here is his information: https://www.drhobar.com/reviews/ If anyone has done the surgery from him, please let me know. Thank you !
ohsolovely99 Posted July 7, 2019 Posted July 7, 2019 If you check on yelp...he has a few unhappy patients with chin work. I think it’s better to go with a genioplasty rather then an implant. With implants there’s a risk for infection and slight bone reabsorption due to the pressure laying on top of the bones.
asian_cosmetic Posted July 7, 2019 Author Posted July 7, 2019 I saw few unhappy comments. I am not sure if he can do a good job on Asian chin. When I look at his website, there is no Asian picture I am still tempting though
madambutterfly89 Posted July 7, 2019 Posted July 7, 2019 I suggest you keep researching and take negative reviews seriously. It’s easy to fake positive reviews but the negative I would pay attention to.
asian_cosmetic Posted July 7, 2019 Author Posted July 7, 2019 That is correct ! I think about it Thanks for the advise
asian_cosmetic Posted July 7, 2019 Author Posted July 7, 2019 Btw, I am looking for any good genioplasty surgeon in Korea. I don’t know where and which doctor ?
madambutterfly89 Posted July 7, 2019 Posted July 7, 2019 No prob. I’ve learned so much about surgeons throughout this process. Just bc someone is a Doctor doesn’t mean they have your best interest. There are a lot of surgeons who think they know it all and downplay the risk. Speak to as many surgeons as possible and get their advice. Then research each of their recommendations and risk.
cythr Posted July 8, 2019 Posted July 8, 2019 From what ive seen the face dental and eudental are safe choices for facial bone surgery.
