I don’t like how it looks rn so I wanted to know if a v line surgery could help achieve a better shape. My goal would be a jaw similar (idk if its possible) to V tarhyung (from BTS). gracelee Posted July 31, 2019 Share Posted July 31, 2019 Well... I don't think you need it...but the problem is your slightly protruded mouth. Have you ever think of doing a double jaw surgery? If you have strong jaw muscles, Botox may be a way to reduce muscle bulk and is the least invasive way to go. Don't jump to double jaw surgery for such a small aesthetic issue. It is crazy invasive and you often end up with permanent deficits (think needing root canals for dead teeth or permanent nerve damage/neuralgia.
