coldwater02 Posted August 6, 2019 Posted August 6, 2019 If so, what did have done, and where did you go/what doctor? Was your recovery significantly more difficult or lengthier? Did the doctor have any special precautions or warnings beforehand in regards to risk for infection? I'm looking to get my 3rd rhino (2nd revision) this fall and I'm super scared because of the increased risk for infection at my age (32), even though it's been 4 years since my last one. I've consulted with two doctors, one said it should be simple as I'm only looking to get the bridge implant replaced and nothing else, and the other said it's still risky as a new scar pocket needs to be formed (or something along those lines). If anyone could share some insights it would be greatly appreciated.
