Any recommendations for double eyelid surgery in Shanghai/ Hong Kong?

In October, I'm going to Shanghai and Hong Kong. I don't have the option to go to Korea during that time. Are there any places that are popular for more natural eyelids? I've heard of Renai and Shanghai No 9. My Chinese isn't that great so I'm afraid of the language barrier.

Hong Kong is still having protests now and flights arriving and departing HK have been affected. Situation is still tense as of now. I am unsure if it will be alright in Oct.
