cheesybeast Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 I heard that you can make cuts on the inner eye to look bigger. What is this procedure called??? For the first time ever I'm thinking of changing my eyes, so this is the beginning of sifting through the TONS of eyelid info and possibilities (I actually really like my monolids and I don't have a ton of fat over them, but I'm still open to DES), so please pardon the newbness. Thanks!
imarealbear Posted September 12, 2019 Posted September 12, 2019 Inner eye cut is called medial canthoplasty. You can also consider lateral canthoplasty which makes a cut on the outer eye.
coldwater02 Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 non-incisional + ptosis correction is what you want. the crease will be small and hidden, but your eyes will be big because the muscles get pulled up. a lot of Korean guys get it.
cheesybeast Posted September 13, 2019 Author Posted September 13, 2019 You are amazing. This is exactly what I thinking of! Thank you!
lavendine Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 I might be interested in this. I'm not a guy but I like my monolids. Does this affect eyebrow position at all?
coldwater02 Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 no worries, best of luck! incisional is ok too. the most important is the ptosis correction.
coldwater02 Posted September 13, 2019 Posted September 13, 2019 a tiny bit but virtually none since the crease is so small.
