The surgery date was scheduled for 30 Aug. The consultation was very easy to get since I already had to go into the clinic for my mesotherapy aftercare for my stomach (which is included for the LAMS price!!). Also, there's very helpful English translators there for free!!

30 Aug: This surgery wasn't nearly as painful as the stomach. I even found myself drifting off! The doctor even made sure I was ok (since I cried so badly during the stomach surgery) and kept asking if I was ok throughout the surgery. I think that he was extra gentle and attentive because I was in so much pain during the stomach LAMS (I have an extremely low pain tolerance!). But again, I was fine for the back LAMS. I got the infinite LAMS for my upper back. During the surgery a local anesthetic is used. The nurses give you a shot of antibiotics and a shot for pain on the side of each respective buttock. The nurses then rub iodine on you. Then the dr comes in, gives you localized numbing shots where he'll make the incision for the mini liposuction tool. Through this he'll inject numbing/ fat dissolving liquid into the area to be operated on (This doesn't feel good!). He'll then suck out the fat using the cannula (this part doesn't take as long or hurt due to the numbing solution, thank goodness!!!). After dr is done, the nurses clean the iodine off of you and bandage you up. They then give you aftercare supplies and instructions.

6 Sept: I only wear sports bras because my breasts are fairly big (32DDD) so that might've helped develop some of my rolls. As with my stomach LAMS, there was shockwave therapy and mesotherapy. The shockwave therapy is a bit painful and uncomfortable but it breaks up the hardness and helps the patient regain flexibility since the operated on area can get a bit hard and stiff. I definitely was looking forward to it!! The mesotherapy is just a small series of shots given to the operated on area to help destroy the fat. Google it for ingredients! The mesotherapy hurts on areas that don't have alot of fat or thick skin.

18 Sept: I will continue to diet and workout in order to achieve my final goal look. This is something that has to be done. I wasn't aware of this before I got my surgeries, I thought that the fat would get sucked out and I'd have a 6pack and muscular back, lol! But alas, I will continue my fitness journey now that I've definitely gotten a leg up! 365mc has in-house doctors that can write you prescriptions for diet pills. They have a pharmacy next door to the hospital that you can walk over to to get the medicine. I HIGHLY suggest buying "Bruderm" which is a topical lotion that you put on bruised areas to lessen the bruising and help speed along the healing process. It definitely helped me on my stomach and back. The hospital does give you anitbiotics and a topical gel for pain but I personally wanted my bruises gone asap since I had my surgeries during the summer time and I had events to go to where my skin would be showing.

28 Sept: Today's date is 28 Sept 2019 and my back definitely has less rolls. I was expecting there to be zero rolls but perhaps I would've achieved this if I had gotten actual liposcution instead of just LAMS.

2 Oct: The back LAMS was so successful that I am now considering getting liposuction for my thighs now. I am a bit nervous since Koreans and Americans have different standards for beauty. Americans favor more curvy figures which is the look that I am going for. I will keep you guys updated!!

Thanks for your review! I'm wanting to do a thigh stomach, back & arm LAMS too. But knowing that you cried during the stomach LAMS scares me T_T I think I also have low pain tolerance. Do you think it's possible to do all 3 or 4 at once? I'm waiting for a response from 365mc so wanting to ask past patients. Also because I'll be doing LAMS after my face surgery, do you think I'll be able to take it  thanks ya

Hello! Thanks for reading. You'd have an easier recovery time with LAMS. It depends on how much fat you want to get rid of. Idk if you could do stomach, back, and arms all on the same day. 365mc might wanna split it into two days. Me, personally, I'd suggest that you do liposuction on the stomach. I think you'd get better long term results and also if I had to do it again I'd DEFINITELY want to be asleep for it because of the pain!! I cried so much and yelped out at times. Luckily the nurses and dr were comforting me the whole time so that definitely helped. Very nice of them, seriously. Back LAMS wasn't bad at all though! I was even able to have a full, calm conversation with the dr during the surgery! I haven't done arms but personally I think it could be a bit more painful than the back LAMS but bearable compared to stomach LAMS, pain-wise. Again, idk how much fat you want to lose but the thigh liposuction was just a tiny bit more expensive than thigh LAMS and the results are far better. I had alot of fat to get rid of though! I hope this helped and good luck!! Don't hesitate to ask more!

Thanks for your reply! I've messaged them yesterday, waiting for their response. I can't do lipo because the main purpose of my trip is for facial contouring, which already required GA so I can't go through another GA. Your LAMS result look amazing! Was their price straightforward or should I negotiate?

You look so good!!! You mentioned you also got thigh lipo? I have, LARGE thighs, and I'm concerned about getting a visible enough result. Do you mind sharing a bit of your experience or a before/after picture. I'm so nervous! I leave in, count day...10 DAYS!
