blasian Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 I had vline two jaw and genioplasty in 2015 at The Face Dental and now there is prominent bunching under my chin when I smile or laugh. Overall, I like how I look after the procedures, but the bunching is not good. I have tried Kybella, but that had no effect on it. It doesn't seem to be fat. I am afraid it will require some sort of lift. Does anyone know of a procedure that is appropriate to address this issue? The bunching when I laugh:
konose Posted October 15, 2019 Posted October 15, 2019 Hi, when the bunching started to happen? The person who put the Kybella wasn't able to tell?
blasian Posted October 15, 2019 Author Posted October 15, 2019 It looks like fat to the kybella nurses, so I assumed it would have an effect on it. I didn't notice the bunching until recently. I honestly wasn't aware of it before.
wintermelonhx Posted October 16, 2019 Posted October 16, 2019 Do you have before photos? I didn't know v-line surgery causes double chin.
msalbany Posted October 17, 2019 Posted October 17, 2019 The bunching is sagging/loose skin. V line results in sagging once you remove bone that was supporting skin.
blasian Posted October 22, 2019 Author Posted October 22, 2019 This is true. I am now looking at a way to tighten this. It only crinkles when I laugh.
mlydzz Posted October 27, 2019 Posted October 27, 2019 Wtf I have the same thing (not as bad as the picture) but it's noticeable when I look down and wanted to try kybella ): now I'm not sure if I should just get some kind of lifting instead.
blasian Posted October 27, 2019 Author Posted October 27, 2019 I have noticed most clinics in Korea performs lifts. I am going to consult about a necklift/facelift.
mlydzz Posted October 28, 2019 Posted October 28, 2019 I hope it actually works then, please update if you do! And im not sure if i should get kybella now it would be $1,500 :/ so doubtful
