Yes you should be worried. And no you should not be requesting one, the clinic should have an in-house anaesthesiologist. May I ask what clinic you are planning to have your surgery? Please cancel and look for another clinic because this is dangerous and could cost you your life.

I don`t know about Item but Hanabi and View are good clinics. You could also consult with VIP, GNG, PS101. Please take a translator with you who speaks your native language so that you can explain to the doctor exactly what kind of nose you would like. Even if the clinic has consultants it is always better to have someone who can accompany you so that the consultants don`t pressure you into doing unnecessary procedures.

Yes, you should... If you saw some news articles that some people died during plastic surgery, it is mostly because of anesthesia. And plus if there's an emergency, the anesthesiologist can handle this problem. But small clinics usually have no anesthesiologist who resides in the clinic... this can be a problem. Choose a hospital or clinic that has anesthesia doctors residing in their hospital/clinic!

Honestly I do not know about Hanabi, but my friend who underwent surgery in View was not bad, and another one who got nose job in ID hospital by Dr. kim il han (whan? han? I'm sorry..lol) her nose result is real good one!!! and they had english translators as well. Sadly I'm not considering rhinoplasty but boob job and V-line, but you can think about those 2 places

At the small clinic who watch the patient during surgery if there’s no anesthesiologist? The surgeon and nurses?
