I feel like the message is saying that they don't charge foreigners extra, so there's no special treatment, such as airport transportation and accommodations. But you're totally right. They should have messaged you back asap and should have answered your other questions about revisions, translator, and aftercare. Now I feel bad because I recommended this hospital. I guess they aren't ready to deal with foreigners just yet....

I only know about Hyundai from purseforum. They seem to be highly recommended, but I do not know anything about them personally. Also, I posted all the information from my consultations, but I will post more about my post operation in December or January! :

No, please don't feel bad! I mean, I felt like the doctor was very knowledgeable regarding what needed to be done on my face. I just don't think that he should handle other inquiries when speaking to a potential client.
Now I don't know what to do ... I sort of feel like I should give them a chance. But my god ...

So true. And I totally understand because I would be a bit turned off by their message. I'm sure foreigner catered hospitals hire their in house translators, which can also be why foreigners are charged extra. Maybe a different hospital would be better for you? Communication is key and you should find a place where you can feel like you will be taken care of 100%. Post op and aftercare is important to me as well, so I'll keep you updated in case you are still considering them.

Thank you! You know ... I've thought about it and I'm willing to give them one more chance. I'll message him tomorrow. And thank you for clarifying what he was saying because I honestly had NO clue what he meant!
Yes, please keep me updated, I would greatly appreciate it! And I will do the same!

Will do! My surgery is on December 4 so the update is not coming anytime soon. Also instead of asking for revision, ask how long their A/S is. I think they said a year but I get confused because I had so many consultations at other places.

Okay, so I'm talking to him RIGHT NOW, I wasn't expecting him to write me back "right now", lol. He said that they don't have a specific policy for revision. I made sure to tell him what you told me (A/S). So, I don't know ... lol.
He basically said that because I'm not getting a silicone then it's a low possibility of me getting an infection (which is true). He said that if I'm not happy with the results then he will fix it.

He also just told me that he is the ONLY person at his clinic that speaks English. Poor guy .... :/

Good luck with your surgery! I'm excited for you!

Yeah the front desk giggled when I asked and said just a little... The ba doctor spoke perfect English but the rhinoplasty doctor spoke mostly in Korean. He did understand when I spoke English to him. I wonder which one is messaging you lol The front said both can speak English well.

Ohhhhhhh, I'm actually speaking with one of the plastic surgeons. I've been speaking with Dr. Kim on his personal Kakao this whole entire time. He told me that he is the only person at Human PS that can fully communicate in English. He said that the clinic only has Chinese coordinators.
So, I think it would be wise for me to hire an English coordinator/translator if I do decide to go with Human PS. I just need to go about finding one at a reasonable price :/

Which doctor are you choosing at Human PS?

He's the doctor doing my ba! He's sooooo nice. There are only 2 doctors there and the other is doing my rhinoplasty. I like how it is a smaller hospital so no shadow doctors! This forum and some videos have scared me straight on that.

Oh, is there any particular reason why you want Dr. Ledger to do your rhinoplasty?
I feel that same exact way, I like that there are only 2 doctors and that it is a small clinic. My biggest fear is shadow doctors.

Which hotel are you planning to stay in? Dr. Kim suggested that I stay at Dormy Inn Premium Seoul Garosugil. It's definitely nearby the clinic, perhaps a 2-minute walk and it looks like a nice hotel.

When I read reviews about Human PS, a lot said Dr. Suh was highly recommended for rhinoplasty revision, so I just set up the appointments with different doctors. I actually live in Korea. I have seen Dormy Inn and it looks nice on the outside. The traffic to get to Sinsa is always pretty bad, so the closer the better.

Not to sound dumb, but ... Dr. Suh and Dr. Ledger are the same people, right?
Ah, lucky that you live in South Korea; very convenient! Thanks for warning me about the traffic

Do you know if there's a convenient store or grocery store within walking distance? I want to be able to buy water and pumpkin soup closeby. I tried google maps, and it said that there is a 7 Eleven that is about 15 minutes away by car :/

I just checked the website again to be sure, but there is only dr. kim and dr. suh. There is also a picture for the anesthesiologist. And don't worry. There are convenient stores everywhere. I'll post a pic. All the blue dots are convenient stores.
