Apparently, Apgujeong in Gangnam (South Korea) is the best place to go, because they create the most dramatic effect in that surgery.

I want to have my chin:
•shortened / made smaller
•less square
And maybe my jaw shaved a bit.

I don't want to change the position of my jaw.
I seek to have a round or heart-shaped face (no V-line!)

Do you have any recommendations? Experiences? What should I keep in mind?

I had a really good experience with Dr. Yun Chang Woon, he specializes in natural results, I had exactly what you are looking for (my jaw was shaved and the chin was reconstructed and looks smaller but a bit rounder than a v-line, and at the same time had the zygoma reduction and the angle of the jaw removed, all while correcting the symmetry of my face). You can check my pics in another thread.

Personally, I would look for surgeons that focus on natural looks and to have all procedures in a single session if possible, it will be easier to go through post-op since it can take from 9 months to 2 years for your skin to recover. Also, to get info on how they perform the procedures, how they plan them, if they have special tools like an ultrasonic scalpel for bone incision, and if they are partnering with other specialists.
Something else to keep in mind is that some clinics offer different options for the results, it's good to be upfront when asking them what options are more suitable for the structure of your face, and to check the before&after pics of the surgeons that perform better based on that technique.

Hope this helps!

Try DA, a friend of mine got face contouring from Dr. Lee in DA and the results are amazing!

I got mine at DA 29 days ago to be exact. I did jaw, zygoma and chin.
My result is very natural, and they prefer natural results just like what you're looking for.
Dr. Lee dong chan performed my surgery ^^ they have in-house translator. Mine was Stacey and she was so nice and helpful, very genuine. aftercare was good too ~ highly recommend! You can read my experience in my posts~

Don’t go to DA,their aftercare is really worse and after taking your money, they don’t really care either.Don’t believe in fake reviews here,it could be written by sponsors/DA’s staff ,plus DA is really expensive

Are they good at non-invasive surgery? I really want V-shaped face but scared of bone surgery.. Do you have her contact number?

Hello, by non-invasive surgery, do you mean something like acculift? (Face lipo). If you have proportional facial structure AND you don't want to touch your bones but still make your face smaller, try looking into acculift. I never done it but I know a family member who did it for slimmer face. In Korean, it's called 얼굴 지방흡입 (face fat lipo), feel free to search it up.
And yes, I can pm you her contact details
