Can I have facelift?

Recommended Posts

As far as I know, thread lift removes some of wrinkles, not all of them, right? Will it also help me to get rid of deep wrinkles on cheeks and nasolabial folds? I’m just not sure if that would be enough for my face… And how did you feel right after the procedure? Could you feel that there was under your skin? Any photos to see your results?

from what I found out, facelift is only for those who has excess skin and sagging facial volume and I doubt you have this at your 30  In my case I could get rid of most main wrinkles as well as improved nasolabial folds. I also proceeded v-lift as wanted my face to look slimmer. I did feel some tightening in the beginning and slight swelling but it was gone within a week or so

I've been looking into all kinds of lifting options, and checking with a few places. I chatted with Namu on Kakao, and said these are levels of lifting.

If you're in your 30's you can still hold out, might be too soon.

Here's what Namu told the order of invasiveness and effectiveness. I guess you can say in order or price as well =)
  • Non-surgical (Laser / Ultrasound)
  • Thread lifting
  • Aculifting
  • Face Lifting SMAS
The lifting doctor and specialist their is Dr Kirk might be worth going in for a consult. Plus they have a dermatology clinic as well, so you could also probably find other treatment options as well.

Here's their B &A on their English site. the selection is not as much as when you log-into the Korean version of the site, but you have to bee google translate savvy and use a Kakao ID.

Great results!! you look gorgeous! congrats! are you enjoying this new look? Do you get compliments? what are "mint threads" also "v-lift" is that a marketing term for a specific clinic? or is that what is generally known for thread lifting? I hope you are enjoying it! I got a smas facelift in November and am blown away by "lifting" procedures.

thank you! MINT - means minimally invasive non-surgical threadlift  and I also wanted to make my lower face slimmer, I'm not sure of the exact name of the procedure as I call it v-lift, I kind of got v-line
