Just take what she said literally, without adding your own emotions. She did not ask what surgeries she need. In fact, she was very clear that she wanted to do eyes and nose from the get go. All of us are not saying that your suggestions are wrong, but rather, we are being cautious in recommending 2-jaw. I just made a comment that our suggestions (mine including) are quite redundant because she was merely looking for buddies to go TW with her. Hey babe, quit being so defensive.
