modelss Posted February 3, 2020 Posted February 3, 2020 Hello it has now been 10 weeks after my full thigh liposuction at 365mc by specilized doctor Kim Dae Kyeong. I paid around $5,500 and VERY happy with my results. I have lived in Korea 5 years, and I have heard a lot of issues surrounding clinics such as using shadow doctors, unqualified doctors doing procedures, no prior health screenings, and clinics not having anethesiologists staffed. There are often articles in the news/online from disgruntled patients. Sometimes they go to the trendiest clinics in expensive neighborhoods and end up with bad results. Due to this, safety was the top priority for me in chosing a clinic. Liposuction is one of the more dangerous cosmetic procedures. I chose 365mc because I found they were the safest option in Korea/Asia. They are the only lipo clinic certified by the government. The doctors must have a lot of lipo surgery experience to work there and they specilize in one part of the body. I have found the most dangerous part of getting any procedure is the anethesia. A lot of clinics do not have their own anethesiologist which means a nurse will be administering. This is very dangerous and causes the majority of complications in cosmetic procedures if the right amount is not personalized to the individual. 365mc has their own team of anethesiologists on duty the whole time of the procedure who check all the vital signs during. Another important thing is if the clinic checks prior health markers to see if you are eligible for the procedure. Some individuals may have some underlying medical condition that would prevent them from having a major cosmetic procedure such as liposuction. Another highlight for me was that 365mc runs blood tests and scans prior to the procedure date to make sure you are healthy enough to endure the procedure. They also use ultrasound to determine accurate fat deposits in the body. This means you can know exactly where the fat has accumulated and the safe amount to remove. These safety factors were why I picked 365mc. I went to various other liposuction clinics (plastic surgery clinics that also do lipo) who did not offer all or some of these safety processes. I could not find any other clinic in Seoul that was only doing liposuction. All the others specilized in other procedures but doing lipo also. It seems the doctors I met with were not specilized in lipo but in rhinoplasty/etc and doing it on the side. As liposuction can be very dangerous, I wanted to find a doctor that has a lot of experience doing lipo and nothing else. The only place I could find that seemed safe and qualified was 365mc. I think this is also why they are the most famous in Korea and all of Asia. I am not advertising but honestly giving feedback because I want anyone who is interested to get lipo safely. 365mc also has had no deaths or major complications in over 18 years of practice. I think this is due to having their own anethesiolgists, pre-screening tests, and qualified doctors. This is probably also why they are the only ones certified by the Korean government Ministry of Health and Welfare. If you have any other questions please comment below. I really want to help those of you interested, get the procedure in the safest way. I was very thin before the procedure but had 1000cc of fat extracted from my thighs. I had no complications and healed very quickly. I added some informatic photos I found on 365mc website below. Also my before and current after photos.
