geong
Spoiler Hi! I'm looking to improve my looks through surgery (I'm working on the acne, weight and hair. They're in the works LOL). I've been consulting a bunch of clinics but I'd like more third party recommendations from others. I'm not too overweight but outside of the buccal fat and extra chin, my zygoma bone is actually what's shown in the pics. Please provide recommendations if you guys see anything I should change or improve. I'm definitely looking at my chin haha. I attached a bunch of pics for experimental pleasure or displeasure. Thanks!

mimi9922
As seen from the side of you photos, i guess you can get Power V Contouring which are ultrasound, laser and liposuction to fix your double jaw.
soowi
Honestly, You only need to lose fat and bulk up. Then change your fashion and work on adding texture to your hair and you’ll be good to go. Confidence will go a long way as well. I don’t recommend surgery.
yabish69
I think you look great already but if you're really trying to fix some things up then I'd recommend facial contouring and rhinoplasty. Just changing the shape of the overall face and then projecting the nose a little bit can really add to your masculine appeal!
krod2017
Skin treatments , buccal fat removal( don’t remove too much ) fillers added to your chin to elongate it. Rhinoplasty with ear cartilage or rib .to slim it down a tad bit and elongate it . Check out Baum , Braun , item , vip , nano , cooki ps You are on the right track , your hair looks good the way it is
krod2017
Actually , no alarplasty needed . Your nose is slim enough
ygejuniors
I would recommend your wight to be lost, and try to gain muscle. Also, try cleaning your brows/finding a brow shape you like. I feel like you have a good base of a face and that you are handsome, and just need to maintain yourself a bit.
seoulsister
whatever you do, don't do ulthera or any facial liosuction, I don't care if the dr is experienced, the results are unpredictable
valenrina
Be careful of the rabbit hole of plastic surgery, if you must, take it slowly and cautiously. I would recommend rhinoplasty with tip plasty for now. FC can change the way you look, but it’s very risky and has many known side effects. geong
I actually got ultherapy recommended in an email consultation with Namu. I did look into it and found it extremely unreably and it did lower my opinion being recommended it as "very safe". However, I do consider Accusculpt an safe and reliable option. Your thoughts? geong
What procedures would a buccal fat reduction be called? Where is the buccal fat? For the skin treatments I'm not too sure about this stuff entirely, can you point out what clinic or treatments exactly I should be looking for? seoulsister
Personally I would lose weight naturally then see where you are, and then maybe do fat grafting for all its weak points, That would be less destructive than procedures that take away. I can't comment on Accusculpt but I would probably put it in the "taking away" category. Just my opinion
