Has anyone gone through this and had success with redraping the skin with a faceift. If anyone has any answers or advice, please let me know. I don't want to go through a facelift and spend all this money only to be heartbroken again.

I did the jaw reduction 2 years ago and have some annoying sagginess on lower face and double chin.
