Would I be a good candidate for zygoma reduction?

Hello,

My bizygomatic width happens to be extremely high, as a result of which the upper/middle third of my face looks disproportionately wide compared to the rest of my face. My zygos are so wide that you can actually see them popping out of the sides. Would I be a good candidate for lateral cheekbone reduction? I've attached several pictures below.

I actually think your cheekbones look nice plus a zygoma reduction would make your face too flat and also cause sagging,there are far too many people who had this surgery and regretted it

I agree

I think your cheekbones goes well together with the rest of your facial features, and I don't think you need to do zygoma at all
