How to transfer money to Plastic Surgery Hospital or clinic?

Dear all, I'm SC. I was wondering how to pay or transfer to the Korea hospital? Usually via cash, credit card or any other payment gateway 
that is easier for foreigners? I know if I transfer more than 7 million won from my country my account will be suspend and query by authorities. 
Or do I need to declare before travel to Korea?

You need to declare anything over $10,000 cash in Canada. Not too sure where you live though.
