madambutterfly89 Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 Several years ago ago I had cheekbone reduction that didn't come out aesthetically pleasing. Is it possible to use an interpositional Titanium implant to push my cheekbones back out?

madambutterfly89 Posted May 3, 2020 Author Posted May 3, 2020 I don’t have screw just wires in the front and back. I know I need to cut down the bone again to push it back out again.

areti77 Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 Dr. Lee from The Face Dental told me he can push cheekbones out, he referred to it as zygoma expansion. I haven’t had a reduction, I just want more prominent cheekbones. He says he has done it before for people who want a revision after zygoma reduction. However, you should definitely ask him (and others) personally if you’re really interested because I’m not 100% sure this information is valid
