haohn
Hello! This is my very first post here and I was directed to this forum from many other sites I visited and would like to get your opinion and experiences! I’m a student who’s now living in Japan and decided that I actually want to go ahead and get surgery to make myself happier. My main focus is to definitely fix my nose, my chin (jawline), and perhaps get some fat grafting at most. I’ve got recommended docfinderkorea but after reading a lot, I heard they inflate their prices... and after getting some consultation and the prices, I’ve got really shocked since I didn’t felt as if I would have such a drastic change in the face to justify the very high price point. Here images of me These are the original quotes prices:Clinic A Rhinoplasty reduction : Begin from 7.25 mil krw (Alar reduction : 1.32 mil krw) Transconjuctival fat reposition : 2.2 mil krw Fat graft on whole face : 6.6 mil krw (stem cell) or 3.85 mil krw (PRP) or 3.3 mil krw (normal) Filler : 0.88~2.53 mil krw per ampule (depending on brand and durability) Two jaw surgery + Zygoma reduction + Angular jaw correction + Genioplasty : 27.3~33.5 mil krw or Zygoma reduction + Angular jaw correction + Genioplasty : 18.6~19.9 mil krw (price depends on which doctor)Clinic B Tip plasty + Osteotomy : 4.5~5.5 mil krw (Alar reduction : 1 mil krw) Transconjunctival fat reposition : 2.5 mil krw Fat graft on whole face : 7 mil krw (stem cell) or 4.6 mil krw (PRP) or 4 mil krw (normal) (2 times within 3 month, second time is normal fat graft) Filler : 0.8~1.5 mil krw per ampule (depending on brand and durability) Two jaw surgery + Zygoma reduction + V-line : 37 mil krw or Zygoma reduction + V-line : 17 mil krwClinic C Tip plasty + Osteotomy : 4.5~5.5 mil krw (Alar reduction : 1 mil krw) Transconjuctival fat reposition : 2.25 mil krw Fat graft on whole face : 11.25 mil krw (stem cell) or 5.25 mil krw (PRP) Two jaw surgery + Zygoma reduction + Angular jaw correction + Genioplasty : 33.75 mil krw or Zygoma reduction + Angular jaw correction + Genioplasty : 21 mil krwClinic D Rhinoplasty reduction : Begin from 7.7 mil krw (Alar reduction : 1.1 mil krw) Transconjunctival fat reposition : 3.3 mil krw Fat graft on whole face : 4.18 mil krw (PRP) or 3.3 mil krw (normal) Zygoma reduction + Angular jaw correction + Genioplasty : 22.5 mil krw
enlighten99
Those look inflated Please do not go to South Korea for two jaw surgery Please read my story That is extremely dangerous Those are a lot of procedures at once It’s better not to go to doc finder because they said you have to give them your passport info and only after you agree then they will reveal the clinic names to you. But the dr and clinic is most important But really don’t go to South Korea My jaw is botched and they don’t really care how you want to look they have one look they produce All those agencies and consultants just want money
eurasianbeauty
Docfinder adds their fees on top of what you would pay normally; especially if you are a foreigner. SK is fine for 2 jaw, but choose your clinic and doctor carefully.
enlighten99
it is not safe for two jaw surgery, they use a no tie technique that no one else uses. Also people have committed suicide and I have felt this way too No plastic surgeon should be doing Two jaw surgery only do two jaw surgery if you have a functional problem This is the method they use and its extremely dangerous, the bottom jaw is not fixated. IVRO ( Intraoral Vertical Ramus Osteonomy) IVRO is method of Korea two jaw surgery that vertically fractures the posterior section of the mandibular bone. It avoids using plates or wires as a fixator to allow for the jaw to function naturally after the procedure, which is much more convenient for patients during post surgical recovery. Additionally, the fracture line on the posterior section provides a slimming effect similar to the surgical outcome of Korea face contouring. https://www.huffpost.com/entry/double-jaw-surgery-south-korea_n_3341221 read this articlehttps://www.realself.com/review/south-korea-kr-orthognathic-surgery-orthognatic-tie-jaw-malar-cheek-zygoma read this review There is serious sagging after these facial contouring surgeries Leave your face alone! wthluv
You’re so beautiful! I know, this is none of my business, but I really don’t think you need all these ops. If I had your appearance, I’d never have thought about ps lol As for the docfinder, yes, they inflate the prices. This is due to the services they provide (translations, escort etc)
enlighten99
I just saw your photo and I agree, please don't do anything It will be a waste of money If they were good doctors they would tell you to leave yourself alone but of course they are money hungry and will suggest two jaw surgery to anyone and feed on their insecurity to get 25 million won. eurasianbeauty
HaoHn, you seem to have thought about this and you're very pretty. But none of us have to live your life. If it will make you happy, then go ahead. Just take your time to make your choices carefully.
haohn
Hello! I’m not very familiar how the whole replying process works (with quotes etc ) but I want to thank each of you for your input! I am relieved to hear that these prices are really inflated because I was honestly shocked and got really upset.... despite a few of you saying that you consider me really pretty (and I feel really grateful to hear it!) I’m still very insecure about my nose size and I feel like my chin is just to bulky... Also I want to thank the two users who warned about the Two Jaw Surgery! I honestly had no idea and thought it was a normal procedure. Perhaps it was nativity but I didn’t guessed it would be this strongly promoted if it was this dangerous. Definitely learned something new. Thank you all again!
gmcnm19
I love your nose especially the side view. I can see the deviation you mentioned about your chin - this can be helped with a genioplasty. Two-jaw is really a big surgery that you really don't need. I did zygoma + vline (square jaw + genio) but personally I don't think you need zygoma. I have an Asian face and a lower nose, making my protruding cheekbone look very apparent. But with your face shape and your nose, the cheekbone looks greattt on you. haohn
Thank you! I was also quite shocked to get recommended such a big procedure because I didn’t felt that my expectation of just a bit more oval face and less ft under the chin would be .... crazy? I also was really against the Zygoma Recommendation because I actually like my high cheekbones and it’s also something that many people in high fashion have... so why removing them? it’s sweet you like my nose TT TT I never had an issue with it before until people always pointed out how big it is for my face... which is why I started to the it more and more... and of course seeing all these perfect small noses on social media. msprada
Geez, agencies price is more expensive than if you ask clinics directly for quotation Some clinics provide better pricing and they can arrange hotels & pick up service also they have in-house translator tho
banana-cream-pie
I don't think you need the bone contour surgery at all, especially two jaw surgery. I think a simple chin advancement maybe with implant or filler or even fat grafting would do. Although I am not a specialist or a plastic surgeon, your case doesn't look like it needs TWO JAW surgery...it's one of the biggest surgery you can face from the ps and yes, I agree that this would need to be a consideration for those who have functional problem. Other areas of surgeries, I think it should be decided on your preference although I think you are beautiful as of now.
luzie
I just wanna say to people who are thinking of doing 2jaw, i feel it’s ok to do it in Korea only if you have accepted the potential risks, done sufficient research and chose your clinic correctly. There are plenty of fake reviews done by the clinic’s marketing team showing awesome results hence please be careful not to fall into the trap. Personally, I did 2jaw with v line for aesthetic purpose and I’m glad the surgery went well and I’m alive and look normal. Just worried about sagging to hit me in a couple of years time?@HaoHn I too think you do not require 2jaw. You are good looking to me. Not worth to suffer for months going for 2jaw. And there are clinics who often suggest you more surgeries than you need to earn your money. Watch out!
montreal514
These prices were inline with the quotes I got recently with several clinics. I heard though that once you go in person you can negotiate lower! I had a lot of suggestions to do zygoma and vline surgery as well even though i do not have big cheekbones or big jaw. I think they just tend to recommend the same surgeries. You're really beautiful! I do wouldnt do more than what you mentioned in your post because you do not need it. kellymelly
wow that prices... you should try to contact the hospitals directly, as most of them have their in-house English translator. And you should not have any procedure to correct something that you are not bother about, but others recommend you, you are pretty right now also!!
