If it's sagging skin and tissue and not.scarring yes. A surgeon will be better suited to answer though after an examination. I'm not sure about sagging from zygoma reduction though.

Good question Butterfly. Don't have the answer but for instances where too much jaw was cut, I've heard of people getting mandible angle implants, though haven't done much research on it myself. Wish you all the best.

Meaning a facelift won’t help with zygoma sagging?

Meaning I don't know how it would look. I have no idea what the failed procedure is like. Does it make your cheeks sunken, asymmetrical etc rather than just saggy? Cause if it does, a facelift could deal with the saggyness but heighten the sunken look cause it pulls the skin. I think facelift is good if your only problem is sagging and the FC itself was a success. But if the FC is failure then implants are the most likely solution depending on the case. Like if only the jaw angled were cut then that can be a good case for jaw angle implants. I'm no even sure about the chin cause like mine it was advanced. I'm not sure if it will have to be pushed back screwed then implants put in.

I think it mostly depends on your age. I got two-jaw with genioplasty first but my doctor (dr. Oh from Regen) said in advance that I'd probably need facelift as I was 45 already. But from reviews from some other people I understood, that not everyone has skin laxity. So, try to talk to specialists first.

Are you satisfied from your results ?
What was your concern for getting twojaw

Yes, I'm satisfied with results from both procedures. My jaws were too protruded and asymmetric, that was the main reason
