under eye fat repositioning and fox line shaping?

My dark circles are bad and I dont like my chubby cheeks. I feel like I look older.. Do you guys think under eye fat repositioning and fox line shaping will help me look younger? I've looked up some clinics but havent contacted any of them yet. I'm so nervous to contact them
