FG for under eye, skin laxity after fat repositioning and recommended clinics?

Hi everyone,

Debated with whether to get fat repositioning under the eye as well as fg but I'm concerned with skin laxity after. Has anyone tried micro fat graft alone, like as a filler, to solve tear trough issues? Or experienced more wrinkling after under eye fat repositioning? Also, which clinics have a good reputation for fat graft? At the moment, contemplating Kim Han Sung but need more options ...
