eanez2607 Posted May 30, 2020 Posted May 30, 2020 Chin lipo is common after those surgeries but not so much buccal fat removal. Reducing buccal fat can sometimes age a person since plump cheeks keep us looking youthful. Edit: Sorry, misread your post.
