Online consultation with suggestions on which surgery is recommended? (face)

Hello! This might be a very strange question, but I would be interested to know if there is a possibility to get online advice on which surgeries are recommended to improve my face, possibly with photoshopped suggestions?

My problem is that I would like to optimize my face, but I do not even recognize the problem areas. For example, I feel like my face looks a little too masculine, but don't know if it's the eyes, nose, mouth or bone structure. Therefore, I would like to get advice, along the lines of "Look at my photos, how can I get the best out of me?"

Especially because many clinics specialize in certain treatments, I have no idea who to approach. I don't mind to pay for this kind of consultation or pay a medical tour agency's overpriced stuff as long as that helps. Booking an appointment for the surgery once I know what needs to be done would be nice, too. Any recommendations or ideas? :)
