Hey,

The best person to advise you should be Shane77. Basically is depend what type of your eyes belong to and what you want to do. Shane77 has just posted the eyes type is very useful. So far, i know the clinics good for eyes is Real, BK, Teuimps, banobagi, bandoeye (very expensive).
Is better to make an appmt for consultation.
Hope the above information will helps.

I have reserved my tix on the 13 - 24/09 and non-changable. I am meeting another member in Seoul and trying to secure a room to-date.

Yes, ID is second to BK Hospital. I must visit ID as they offer multiple comprehensive surgeries for rhinoplasty. I will comfirm with HKP of her surgeon again.

Are you interested to postpone your dates and join us? Please do if you could

Booked my air ticket and accomodation to Seoul from Sep 2-12. Speaking of cash, wouldn't it be dangerous to carry so much cash while travelling?.. And on the flight...

Is there any insurance I can buy for the cash? :X

the casino is situated in the coex mall. i can't remember the name.. seven something star something casino. there's only one casino in the coex center so you can't miss it. make sure you bring your passport with you. what i mean is, you can exchange the currencies back at the same rate that you initially exchange it for. example, if the conversion rate between usd and krw is 1.880 something, you can exchange the left over back at the same rate. this is what my friend told me, but please don't take my word for it. the casino will give you a high exchange rate, so even if there don't accept the same exchange rate back, its still worth having your money change there.

if it is minor surgery, usually there can scedule it for you within a day or two. but if it is something major like 2 jaws, then within a week. but ofcourse this will depend on the availability of the surgeon you choose to have the surgery with as well. when i try to scedule for a revision nose with dr kim at id, he was pretty much book for the entire time that i was there.

I took around 14,000 USD (£11,000) with me and declared it through customs both in the UK and again when I landed in Korea, it's just a simple form. Personally I felt really safe in Korea carrying the money which was in a bum bag clipped around my waist. You can not get insurance to cover that amount of cash I did look at that. I also tried to get insurance for plastic surgery abroad but it was really expensive with too many clauses so I didn't bother.

In Seoul I once travelled 10 metro stops with my bag wide open (I forgot to zip it up after buying a ticket) exposing at least 100 USD and no one stole it. Here in the UK I would have been mugged!

Whoa..... I'll trust your word on Seoul's safety then  haha. So since insurance is out, I'll just find an unsuspecting place to stash it away.

Awww, always wanted to go to Thailand. Had friends in Pattaya the other week and they got caught in the Typhoon that hit Hong Kong so had to stay another day. It looks very relaxed but busy at the same time.

Also, ha, constant massages. I hope they weren't those type of massages if you get what i mean :P

South Korea in general has a low crime rate. Its a very morally strong country. But that said, just don't do anything stupid like leaving it unattended, you should always be wary when carrying large amounts of cash.
