best plastic surgery clinics in Korea

Thanks for your compliemnt. I always try to steer people in the right direction when it comes to plastic surgery cause I know how costly it can be if a procedure didn't turn out the way you want it the first. I personally have had 2 eyelid surgery done before I had the third and final one done by dr shin. You can never go wrong with dr shin doing your eye. But you have to be very specific with your need. You need to know your expectation and limitation. I saw a lady today at BK who her her eyelid done by dr shin but she didn't like it. She wanted eye like mine but it didn't turn out that way. But after close observation, I realize that she didn't have any epi done, medial or lateral. And she wanted a thick fold line like thatbof westerner which didn't suit her small eye. But she wanted it any way. So dr shin give into her request. So you can't blame dr shin for that. Dr shin will always make recommendation and suggestion, but if you don't heed his advice, whatever the result you end up with will mostly be your own fault.

Haha you know your results are good if local women approve of them!
I was wondering, is it Anna who decides which surgeon is assigned to you or can you request a surgeon in particular at BK?

I have another question about zygoma reduction. I know you can reduce the zygoma arch that sticks out at 90 degrees, but is there any way you can reduce the cheekbone situated right under your eyes, in front of your face? That's where most of the bone is for me. I'm worried because some of the results I see for zygoma reduction only drastically improve the zygomatic arch, but I see little to no change in the zygoma body.

Anna is an english consultant. she does make recommendations for doctor, but if you want a specific doctor, you can always ask.
After my cheekbone reduction, it felt like the cheekbones all around went inside rather than just the side part of the cheekbones. but talk to your
doctor when you have a consultation.

No implant in the revision. My natural nose wasn't that low to begin with, and the scar tissue frm the implants augmented my natural nose a little. The doctor did not harvest more cartilage in the revision. He just worked with what was there.

Hi,

If you have a particular surgeon in mind which you keen to consult with, then you have let Anna know. Other wise she will delegate one for you. Now if you you're happen to be a walk in and have no particular surgeon in mind, the consultant will rotate between surgeon. There will never pour all the patient into one surgeon lap. So if they feel Kim has been getting too much attention, they will try to diverse the patient tally toward other surgeons. So regardless what Anna or any of the other surgeon say, be insistent. Heed suggestion but don't give into their rotation routine. When I was there in April for my 2 jaws, I told Anna that i wanted to see dr shin. She recommend that that I see another specialist fo the case, but I put my foot down and told her it's dr shin or no one at all and she cave. As much as I love Anna as a friend, I am still a patient and have the right to choose which surgeon I am most comfortable with consulting. So if the consultants there push for Kim or hong, tell them the same thig, it's shin or I'm out of here.

You have pretty much the same concern as I do when it come to zygoma. My previous surgeon who did my zygoma did well with my lateral cheek bone but leave an angle that is untouched. So I am left with an Asymetrical cheek bone that is bigger than the other, how do you know that your cheek bone is still wide? If you can can't view your ear from the front. fortunately the bone in front of your cheek bone is a thin cavity where you sinus structure reside. So hardly any doctor would touch that area for fear of damaging your sense of smell. Usually what there would suggest is lipo suction and carefully place fat graft smooth out the area. Usually if you have a front protruding cheek bone is a result of volume being lost around the cheek area. Or if you have a bite issue such as an under bite where the paranasal area around the nose create a very deep depression. Talk to dr shin and seek his opinion about your zygoma. I am not a doctor so can't give an accurate assessment of your situation. I am just sharing opinion given by dr shin for my own case.

You will if you insist on dr shin as your surgeon. Personally I have never met someone in person who achieved better result with their eyes than what dr shin did for mine. I could be wrong, but certainly if there is someone out there sporting a better looking eye than me by another surgeon, I certainly haven't met them yet. Of course I certainly hope there are surgeons out there who are as equally skilled and with eye as dr shin other wise there going to be a lot of disappointed people out there with a bad eye job. I've always been very Up front with my advice for those seek it. And always happy to share my result with every one. I believe that picture is worth a thousand words and that there is no better proof than with a photo.

Hi Shane, thanks for sharing! You have been such a great advisor. Do you mind sending me your b/a eyes pics ([email protected])? Will Dr Shin advise the appropriate eyes surgery or is it better to tell him what you want? Is he good in rhinoplasty too?

As for ID, you mentioned there is a Dr Gim but I am unable to find his profile in the ID web. Do you have his full name?

Thanks!!
