But there's really not much to show for since its only been the third days. I can tell you that swelling is reaching its peak so my face is going to be as big as its ever going to be. My hope is that its going to go down soon enough. Well the pain factor between the left and right cheek bone isn't all that difference. But the effect between shaving and cutting the bone is very much evidence in term of swelling. The cut bone on the left side has less significant swelling then the shave side. In fact, the shave side tend to swell a lot more. So any one under going the same procedure should expect the same thing.

It is uncomfortable but then again the trade off os worth it. No longer would an image of me with a depress paranasal stare back at me in the mirror. Lying in bed is getting more and more tolerable each time so sooner or later the pain will subside.

Tear trough is the area under the eye, it can be filled with fillers. However, it can give you too sunken an eye if not filled up properly.

Hehe, yes, that's it. The hollowness under the eyes. The fillers last a year or something and can cause blindness at worst. I'm sure silicone implants will also have their own set of drawbacks but I still want to explore my options.

This picture makes me want to run to the nearest PS clinic and get it done RIGHT now. It shouldn't be confused with eyebacks/dark circles though.

You have to see the simulation as only a guidance. The actual result cannot be the same as the photoshopped photo. I just did it to get a brief idea I would look after surgery. I look better since I'm an actual person not a picture.
