best plastic surgery clinics in Korea

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone! Anyone planning to go Seoul in August?(Singaporeans!) I'm looking for travel buddies so we can share cost of lodging etc.. I will be going to OZ clinic for mandible reduction n maybe chin implant. I plan to fly there via AirAsia which is only S$400-500 for return ticket if book tickets early. I am staying at least a week. Please email me! xxx :smile:

Nope i just emailed the sites in English to scheduale consultations. However they seem to have lots of Chinese translators there so if i do not find a suitable surgeon in english then i'll hop get on with chinese and try other clinics:smile:
I guess i'll update on my surgery progress 13 days till my consultations ! I'm actually taking a class where I have to blog so maybe i'll hit two birds with one stone and write about my PS adventure/recovery/progress. I'm just not sure if i can post it here though -.-;

@panda_bear which procedure did your friend go for? My friend who did her eyes said BKDY is very good but I've read that they don't really care about their patients. Plus it's significantly more expensive than OZ. OZ specialises in creating more natural-looking eyelids and I've heard the doctor is nicer ^^ are you gonna do your surgeries on the same day as your consultation?Which surgery are you planning to undergo?

She had full incision double eyelid surgery with medial epicanthoplasty. I have been doing a bit of back and forthing and so far there was no mention of medial epicanthoplasty yet so... i'm not sure if i'm getting that at the moment i will see when i get there, i want natural results so i don't look totally buggy. As for the rhino i've been suggested tipplasty and my bump shaved down. (broken nose, already have bridge. just want a more defined tip)

hi
I might be going around same time as you for NJ, we should totally chat. If you don't mind me asking how did you determine that shave down and tip plasty is what you needed? I looked at sites and stuff and I think that's what I really need too. But my VIP consult said rhino with septal cartilege which is a lot more expensive.

Good Luck if I don't hear from you!

I did do some a consultation at my local clinic (non Asian). Currently I have a predominate bump on my bridge that's really bothering me . Some of the email consultations suggested some tipplasty with ear cartilage as I might not have enough septal cartilage. (which is still full on rhinoplasty for me) also i don't want my nose bridge raised.

According to Regen's website, they said they have chinese and english translators. But... according to several forum members who went there, they only have chinese translators. I suspect even if they have english translators, they are not available or... they can't communicate that well. lol. Anyway, I am not risking that chance when I visit Regen on 27th Feb. I have hired my own english translator :smile: Better play safe.[/QUOTE]

To share with everyone... I contacted a few clinics to book my consultation... and to my surprise... the cost of surgery at Regen is much higher than other clinics... I dont know is it because im from foreign country like Singapore thats why they are quoting me more than $10 000....
