gingercandy Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 FYI for people who want to bring their currency to change here (or rather) Singapore dollars. I always thought the rate at Seoul airport was good but I was wrong it was much lower than what I can get back home ..... What the hack now I am paying more for my ps due to the disadvantage in exchange rate.......
butternpancake Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 Hey BTW, do u know much we Could bring out of Singapore? Also, How much we could bring in to Korea? thx!
shane77 Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 got that cover as well kain. right next to each of the procedure list, will have an information icon where the user will be able to click to retrieved a short explaination of the procedure. if the information provide isn't substantial, there will be an option to redirect the search to google search engine. kind of like apple SIRI. what do you think of that idea? if you have a better suggestion, i would love to hear it. in my website i do have an option for people to submit their photo for public reference. so if someone isn't sure what there need, they could seek out the opinion of other member to gain a persepctive of what they might need. i would personally be involved in this area.
shane77 Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 damn... you should have ask me. you get a better exchange if you go to a casino. plus they allow you change it back at the same rate within 24 hours. hope you didn't change too much my dear.

eightbelow Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 Hi Shane. Thats a good question for somebody who intends to use cash. I cant remember which casino u mentioned (in earlier posts) that offers good exchange rate. What does it mean within 24hrs? Also, if I visit ID on the 13/09, how soon are they able to schedule a surgery appointment for me. That is if I specifically request for a surgeon. Thanks
angel82 Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 Hey Eightbelow, I'm thinking of going to Korea at early sept, to ID as well. Have u decided where to stay and how much is the budget and which surgeon yet? how long u staying for? Im thinking of going there by 5 sep and stay for 2 weeks..
hongkongphooey Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 It has brought out my mid face and significantly decreased my nasal fold line. As the implant is each side of my nose, my under eye area now look a bit sunken. I will wait the full 6 months for every bit of swelling to go down then decide if I will or wont have them removed. If I do then I would resort to a filler for my nasal fold if I don't then I will need filler under my eyes.
hongkongphooey Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 Airports are well known to have rubbish exchange rates all over the world, why did you change your money there? Seoul have many exchange kiosks some with excellent rates and at some outlets of The Face Shop they take zero commission same as if you change your money at the big markets they take a tiny amount of commission.
cozy Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 Hi vivi_333, I'm planning to do a double eyelids. I got no idea which clinic/hospital to go & which doctor is best in doing double eyelids. Can anyone please advise me? Do I have to book an appt now? If I'm going Seoul 09-23 September 2012.
hongkongphooey Posted July 28, 2012 Posted July 28, 2012 Equivalent to 10,000 USD. My advice, bring Korean won, pay cash for your surgery. Not every procedure has 10 percent tax but using your credit card in a foreign country will cost you dearly.
