Yeah, I only worked on the bridge, but it really was mostly for definition, but I guess I just wasn't being realistic and I'm really considering what everyone is saying. lol. I think what I'll do is remove the current bridge I have and have a bridge put in just not as high. I think I'll consider an L rather than my I impant. I'm also considering getting a different surgeon because I'm not sure if mine specializes in revisions and what not.

from what i've read, a lot of plastic surgeons seem to advise against ONLY augmenting the bridge or ONLY getting the tip done. nose should have a harmonious flow from the bridge to the tip and just working on one portion of the nose (whether it be the bridge or the tip) may off set the balance and overall flow of the nasal structure.

with that said, everyone's facial structure is different and everyone's nose is unique so you should definitely consult with your plastic surgeon to see what your options are. Who knows, maybe you'll look fabulous with only a tiplasty

I would advise against getting an L-shape implant.
I had L shape previously and it really bothers me for a long time.

In fact, I think doc nowadays rarely recommend L shape implant.
It is unnatural looking and doesnt refine your tip in any way.
I implant with septal or ear cartilage to work on your tip will be a better choice.

There is a few ladies here that had goretex for bridge and ear/septal cartilage for tip and it looks fab. YOu can check out goretex as well
